Misia: Excuse me for not being more specific. They are the same, as you suggested.
I have a secretarial service, and I edit newsletters for organizations and businesses.
What I meant to say is that whether I have a local newsletter or publish one on the Internet, I want to make very sure that the businesses that advertise are reliable. It can be very embarrassing to have a subscriber or client say they find an advertiser to be untrustworthy.
