Joseph,
As a former manager of radio stations, I would like to respond to that portion of your inquiry.
Many stations will accept PI (per inquiry) ads. However, the busiest time of year for media
advertising is of course November and December.
Most often it will be a smaller station (perhaps AM) who accepts this type of advertising. You will have the
best luck during first quarter due to a slow down in ads at that time. Unfortunately, Easter is another
very busy season, and your chances of finding a station to accept PI's is more difficult.
If you could identify another time of year and perhaps even "create" a special reason for buying your product,
that might work for you. You will get many more ads to run during January and February than any other
time of the year.
What about approaching some large churches to see if they might be interested
in using this as a fund raiser? Or perhaps religious schools?
Good luck with your project. It sounds very intriguing.
