1. Blatent ads usually don't go over too well.
2. Try and use a proper email address, preferrably one from your own domain if you have one.
3. For branding purposes, and well as credibility, if at all possible try and use your own URL in the link area of the message.
4. Last, but certainly not least, try and provide the readers of your message with some form of helpful content or information. Maybe even try to spark a discussion on a certain topic!
