Dear Wanda,
Your approach to business is really something. I have to commend you for doing that. Bus not just for money but for people. Money as a result of good service(love). This is my approach as well.

I want to continue with my discussion on “love your client”we had last Saturday. Totally agree with that! I can’t imagine to have business partners that I do not love. However what definition of love? In my opinion if you define for us clearly what definition of love you have in mind ("like" I guess) it will be easier for people to understand and duplicate that brilliant approach. Many people have confused concepts about the word “love” and many of them will duplicate that according to their own understanding(often wronged by past experiences) and either will be scared or will go for it, making some clients feel uncomfortable (will love them too much :) ) Some of course will do it very well (in balance). They will apply the correct definition (understanding) of "love". I learnt that it is a foundation of mutual understanding to have words defined well in communication. That both or more participants know which definition is used. It makes it easier to understand without letting some people think about pathetic “love” (or few other kinds) and have them discouraged because they wouldn't like it or whatever. Simple basic love, stemming from the ability "to like" with the decision “to care for"; without sacrificing my own good. Balance.

So which definition from which dictionary did you use Wanda here?
I will look it up.

Communication with full duplication is a universal solvent. If we were duplicating really what others say or think, acknowledge them (I understand) even if we have a different viewpoint, and define what is the meaning of our words (concepts) the world would be a much better place to live.

It was a pleasure to meet all of you guys.

Thank you.
