I spent most of my time around the Latchkey section, as you mentioned you would like us to poke around there.
Wanda has given you some really valuable pointers overall, so here is my perspective on the latchkey section.
I really enjoyed the "homework help" author's pages in the Library, (learned a lot about Marguerite de Angeli...in the Michigan Woman's Hall of Fame! and John Irving! WOW! John Irving still coaches wrestling?).
The Young Author's link was great too (can you tell I am a writer?)
The one thing I noticed was once I clicked on a link, it turned from yellow to red which made it difficult to read.
Looks like a great reference tool for your community. I liked the fact that right away I could see it was Montrose, Colorado not Montrose California that we were addressing!
