I'm not certain what you mean by "area." I'll assume that you are questioning which product base.
You have a wonderful site that's easy to navigate and rich with product well described. You've already done most of the hard work -- setting up your online catalog.
Now then, if you do a bit of research on how these herbs were used historically in Poland (and in Europe in general) and how they are currently being used you have a hook that you can address as something like "Herbs & Teas from Poland - The Ultimate Guide"...
As I see it, your key is providing the historical reference & context to the herbs and teas that you are selling. The sweets and other items seem to be least important in your efforts. I'd be happy to write a listing for one of your products with the history if you'd like. If you like it you're free to use it (and my research as a template) -- I would do this gratis for you, of course.
